HOSIDEN CONNECTORS, S-VHS

The 4-pin Hosiden connector, known as S-VHS, is manufactured by HICON from a good standard quality all the way up to a high end connector with genuine gold-plated contacts and PTFE insualtion. It ensures very low tranmission resistances.
The 6-pin and 8-pin Hosiden connectors are available as patch mounting sockets. The 6-pin version is used for the connection of computer keyboard and mouse, the 8-pin type for RS485-interfaces, TFT's, and camcordern.
