CLUB SERIES MKII, VINTAGE TWEED
Like and ironing cable...
but the first impression is deceiving:
To achieve the look and sound of the sixties and seventies, we have slightly modified the CLUB SERIES. The cable is technically and electrically configured the same as it was in those days: A super thick insulation made of PE and a dense, robust shielding made of tin-plated copper braiding is now being used. All of it is protected by a extremely thick jacket made of a though PVC-mix. And the textile braiding in a tweed design makes it very appealing.
Because back then the plug connectors were not of very high quality, we came up with a special idea for this cable: We supply it with NC3MX-SOM and NC3FX-SOM-plug connectors made by NEUTRIK especially for SOMMER CABLE. They guarantee the lowest contact resistance with turned, genuine gold-plated contacts (for the female version as well!).
