For example - your customer wants to connect a mixing board, a beamer, a DMX-controlled coffee maker (?!), two PC's with flat screen, two mice with cheese and a transmission vehicle up to one box. Now it is possible - thanks to the SYSBOXX.
With the new MKII-version you can even realise industrial applications in compliance with DIN41494.

The compact design...
of the system is really surprising. You can e.g. fit a 24 in 8 stage­box with round or square multipins in an incredibly small 2 U casing. The SYSBOXX can be configured as a 19" system or a floor and wall box with variable width, and the 2 or 3 U modules can be enlarge to a multiple of their height (possible height units: 2 U, 3 U, 4 U, 6 U, 8 U) with the connection profile.
Standard casing depth is 80 mm or 140 mm.




The secret...
is a stable and compact sandwich design made up of two specially developed coated SYP-profiles for installation with our SYF-panels at the front and rear and SYS-side panels from our extensive program.

Which plug?
On the following pages, plug connectors and looms suitable for the SYSBOXX are identified with our SYSBOXX-logo - you can realise the most adventurous configurations. Some examples are shown under www.sysboxx.com.


The front panels...

are made of 2.5 mm thick coated, indestructible stainless steel. They are either available fully assembled or as blanks, ready to connect. We mostly use counter-sunk torque screws. Most of the holes for the plug connectors are threaded. This significantly reduces installation time and makes counter-nuts obsolete.


The inside wiring...

for the audio connectors are simple 14- or 16-pin flat belt cables (crosstalk damping 100 dB - measured on an open input), usually with separate grounding and an additional ground wire for the casing. The flat plug has genuine gold-plated contacts (Protection Class 2) and a lock that ensures safety even during tough stage operation. The receptacles on the boards are clearly identified and numbered.
