The SC-ISOPOD SO-F is a 2-wire foil-shielded cable with a compact outer diameter of either 0.130 in. (SO-F22) or 0.165 in. (SO-F50). The cable is mostly used for inside wiring of audio and HiFi-components. It has a “memory“ effect and can be installed “around corners“ without any problems.The copper strands of the respective wire pairs are pre-twisted and can be stripped very easily. For easy connection the cable has an additional pre-twisted and tin-plated drain wire. It is shielded with AL/PT-foil, which automatically adheres to the jacket during stripping.
The SC-ISOPOD SO-F50 has a larger wire diameter (2 x 0.50 mm˛) and is preferable for use with crimp contacts.
The SC-ISOPOD SO-F22D has a 110 Ohm surge impedance (Order-No. 500-0406).
