Shivering in the cold...

Videos shouldn't do that. This is why the cable has to be extremely resistant to the cold. Even then the TV-image should be perfect.
The SC-POLARIS has a precise surge impedance of 75 Ohm (+/-1%) and the typical double cross-braided shielding.
The second shield is used to supply power to the camera. The SC-POLARIS PUR is available with a high quality, flame-retardent PUR-jacket (-40 °F) providing best bending properties and a high UV-resistance.

THE ADVANTAGES:

  • Extremely robust due to the special outer jacket
  • Precise surge impedance of 75 Ohm +/-1 %
  • Low damping values with high image signal transmission
  • Dense cross-braided shielding
  • Outer shielding supplies the power for the camera

THE APPLICATION:

  • Electrical connection of video camera and image transmission systems
  • Connection between camera head, controls, and amplifier
  • Mobile application under extreme conditions (PUR-version)
