HICON BNC 3G-SDI crimp-female connector, thread 1/2", nickel
The BNC connector (Bayonet Neill Concelman) is one of the best-known coaxial connectors and was invented at the end of the 1940s. It is available with 50 or 75 Ω characteristic impedance and is primarily used in radio, video, medical and computer technology. Our connectors comply with the specifications of IEC 169-8, MIL-C-39012.
HICON is one of the few manufacturers to offer not only cable plugs, but also panel jacks in common formats as attenuation-optimised direct crimp versions.
The HDTV BNC panel jack Crimp 75 Ω has a metal housing and is designed without ground insulation. The HT-CRIMPSET tool is recommended for installation. It is 2-pole, female and fits into a D flange. It is suitable for cable types such as SC-Slimline (RCB), Transit, Transit Kombi HD, Observer1 HD, Transit MC523HD and Transit MC8232.
