Buying cheap can turn out expensive ...you will soon realize it when taking a good look at some hi-fi leads after a couple of years: even on a phono cable which costs more than 200 €, you will perhaps find a porous jacket, the insulation has shrunk and the copper is oxidized. Due to the permanently “simmering transformers“, most cables are exposed to enormous heat and aggressive vapors. These will soon attack the phono cables, thereby altering their technical and electrical properties. Not so with our SC-STRATOS: it has been customized not only electrically, but also acoustically to the realities of high-end systems. The SC-STRATOS sounds exceptionally natural, airy, unobtrusive, and it brings utter silence during musical breaks. As to the adaptation to audio systems from various manufacturers, it is extremely easy to handle. Owing to a multiple shielding (braid + semiconductor), the SC-STRATOS is perfectly protected against EMC-problematic interference fields.
