HICON Cable shoe, 1-pol , metal-, screw-type-male connector, gold plated contact(s), straight, max. 6 mm², yellow
Developed in 1926 by the company Hirschmann GmbH, the are considered to be the forerunners of today's today's banana plugs, which owe their name to the banana-shaped leaf spring tip. The 4 mm version can still be found today in almost all hi-fi speaker connections in the upper quality classes.
The genuine gold-plated cable lug with screw terminal is suitable for conductor cross-sections from 6.0 mm² to 4.0 mm², with a fork width of 6.0 mm and a maximum cable diameter of 3.8 mm. The robust metal housing is black.
