The 2-part casing is solidly assembled with M3 counter-sunk screws (Torx), which also hold the 4 rubber feet in place. At the side of the casing towards the back is a treaded multipin punched hole. SYSBOARD Modular Wall Unitif you have the SYSBOARD installation housing for wall mount. This enables the installation of classic offsets with SYSBOXX components. Owing to the 100 mm offset mounting position even a multipin connector may remain plugged in despite the door being closed.The bottom of the housing also has a 154 x 30 mm opening for the supplied cable brush bushing to lead out cables also with the box closed. The door has a convertible stop variable closing position and can be locked with a square-section key (also available with a lamella locking cylinder plate barrel with up to 200 different closures positions). The housing sits either “on-wall” or can also be recessed in 2 positions into the wall using the supplied mounting brackets.Inside the SYSBOARD a large number of SYSBOXX front panels with up to 48 XLR-type-D can be fitted on a width of 9.5“ (6 WU) and 3 x 2 HU. Openings for the cable insertion are located on the back as well as on the rear bottom and can also be fitted with SYSBOXX front panels on a width of 6 WU (9.5“) each. The front panels are secured by M2.5 self-tapping countersunk screws. Please order separately. This enables a trouble-free combination of connection systems for network, media and audio technology as well as power supply. The insulation displacement connectors are tried and tested LSA+ modules from manufacturer ADC KRONE and suitable for cables with solid wires from AWG 27/1 to AWG 22/1 or stranded wires with AWG 24/7. For shield connection and strain relief metal cable clamps are included in delivery. The circuit board is optimized for signals up to a maximum of 100 MHz (max. 1Gbit/s).
